The Capital of the United States

Sometimes work is not all WORK. I had the chance to visit Washington DC in August and tour around the city. Here are just two pictures. I hope to have more soon. It truly was a moving experience to stand on what I would consider hallowed ground. Monuments of our fore fathers. T. Roosevelts was incredible. C

It looks great -I am looking forward to standing there myself during August 2010 sometime. With a bunch of scouts milling around I probably wont have time to take pictures though :)

I just found the link you emailed us....very fun!! It was so nice to hear from Caleb last week when he called Josh. We miss that kid!!
Evergeen Marching Band is going to DC in January to (hopefully) march in the inagural parade...Josh is going for sure and I'm hoping to go too.
I'm sorry to hear Gina is still suffering with her back...keep us up on how she's doing.
I'm glad you have a blog:)
